1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hotplayer.us and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided "as is" based on our 2026 server infrastructure.

2. Subscription & Device Limits

Each HOTPLAYER IPTV SUBSCRIPTION is bound to the number of device connections purchased. Simultaneous streaming on more devices than your plan allows will result in an automatic temporary suspension by our Anti-Freeze 10.0 system.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Re-streaming or redistributing our content.
• Using automated scripts to scrape VOD data.
• Sharing login credentials outside of your household.

4. Service Availability

While we guarantee 99.9% uptime, brief maintenance windows may occur. We are not responsible for streaming issues caused by your local ISP throttling or insufficient internet speed (minimum 25Mbps recommended for 4K).
